近期以来,橙盒芯片解密研究所在M30620FCAFP解密等三菱芯片解密技术研究中取得重大技术突破,成功破解包括M30620FCAFP、M30280FAHP、M30622F8PFP、M37512、M30262F8、M30627等在内的三菱系列疑难型解密芯片,成功开发出较为成熟可靠的解密方案,能够为客户提供优质解密服务。
本文,我们仅以M30620FCAFP芯片为例,针对M30620FCAFP芯片的内部性能特征进行简单介绍,供大家参考借鉴。
The M62A group of single-chip microcomputers are built using the high-performance silicon gate CMOS process using a M16C/60 Series CPU core and are packaged in a 100-pin plastic molded QFP.These single-chip microcomputers operate using sophisticated instructions featuring a high level of instruction efficiency. With 1M bytes of address space, they are capable of executing instructions at high speed.They also feature a built-in multiplier and DMAC, making them ideal for controlling office, communications, industrial equipment, and other high-speed processing applications.The M16C/62A group includes a wide range of products with different internal memory types and sizes and various package types.
