　　The S3F84DB single-chip CMOS microcontrollers are fabricated using the highly advanced CMOS process, based on SAMSUNG's latest CPU architecture.
　　The S3F84DB is a microcontroller with a 64K-byte Full-Flash ROM embedded.
　　Using a proven modular design approach, Samsung engineers have successfully developed the S3C84DBX/F84DB by integrating the following peripheral modules with the powerful SAM8 core:
　　- Eleven programmable I/O ports, including Ten 8-bit ports and one 2-bit ports, for a total of 90 pins.
　　- Twelve bit-programmable pins for external interrupts.
　　- One 8-bit basic timer for oscillation stabilization and watchdog function (system reset).
　　- Four 8-bit timer/counter and two 16-bit timer/counter with selectable operating modes.
　　- Tow asynchronous UART
　　- One synchronous SIO
　　- 8-channel A/D converter
　　- 8COMx44SEG(4COMx48SEG) LCD driver
　　The S3F84DB is versatile microcontroller for CD-ROM and ADC application, etc. They are currently available in 100-pin QFP and 100-pin TQFP package.
